Loca, along with Muffy, was Alana's loyal subject. She was the muscle of the group and would be used for intimidation.

Loca's role was nothing more than the muscle during Alana's Halloween party, and did the same when Alana vied for the affection of Devon Carter.
Loca was with Alana and Muffy when they joined Raven's protest against Principal Lawler.
Finally, during Raven's sleepover, Loca admitted she loved smores and was bitterly disappointed to see that Raven used mustard because the helmet was stuck over her eyes. Raven told her and the others that she was psychic, but they though it was part of her practical joke.
