Miles Bonay was a friend of Cory Baxter's.

Miles fell in love with Raven at first sight. He and Cory bought a videotape to learn how to hypnotize, but in trying to hyponitize the girls, accidentally hypnotized Victor Baxter.
Victor fell into a trance minutes before he was to appear on live television and Miles refused to give the wake up word, which was Okechobee, until he got a kiss from Raven. Raven had him kiss a fish and Miles handed over the wake up word.
